HeadAutomatica – Disco Thing

Posted in Bands on May 8, 2008 by musicauthority

The beginnings of the band stemmed from singer Daryl Palumbo’s interests in the hip hop and Britpop genres.  I think Daryl and I have the same likes in music. Palumbo felt that the material that was inspired by these genres did not fit into Glassjaw’s spectrum and so Head Automatica was created to showcase this.

The band’s debut album, Decadence, was released August 17, 2004. Charting on the Billboard Magazine top 200 albums and Top Heatseekers charts, the album was the brainchild of Palumbo, who was known better for his work in the hardcore scene, and Dan ‘The Automator‘ Nakamura, famous for his production work with groups including Gorillaz and Handsome Boy Modeling School. The two allegedly met at a party and worked on what later became the album. Palumbo then recruited the other current members as a touring group, and toured the United States, playing with bands like Interpol, The Rapture, Mogwai and The Used.

I think music is not only shouting and bangin! As daryl change phase and so as I killing some emo threats in me changing into Pop Party Disco. Well I Dance when the lights are off! hahaha

Paramore, they rule! One thing These Guys became one of the all time favorite bands of the year. Releasing their debut albums that became a hit in America and in every parts of the world. I love these guys, their songs are very catchy, even though they rennounced to their playful songs. Hayley Williams is so astonishing, she has this incredible voice that can blow your minds out. Also the guys behind the music they are very cool. I ranked them A.

Urbandub is such a cool band! With their cool effects. Gaby Alipe has a great voice, also accompanied by a great sound by the band. When you hear their song it is quite touchy that goes under your skin. Me? It makes me shiver. As their new album released, and their newest/latest music video of Evidence with Iza Calzado most likely looking very hot.

Watch it guys! It is very astonishing with Iza around do the kissin, the video is so emotional. I think others can relate or even me. Being Left behind to someone you love, and the hardest part see her/him in the arms of another.

On my opinion the video just set a big leap for indie bands. Looking great! Pinoys are making a big screen in this industry.

Paramore – Secrets

For all the Paramore fans out there, and for all the haters. Hayley is just that incredible. Why? Look at her moves in a concert looking great, cool, outstanding. Make you wanna bang your head and move your hair. Some girls out there color their hair because of Hayley Williams, she is jus that influencial to people of all age I think.

It is very awesome to see that Hayley moves like that. Pop, popping I should say. Well, I am a fan of this cute girl she looks like my girl friend. My girl is also a fan. Singin “that is what you get“, serves to be her favorite I think.

Paramore had come this far, I mean too far. From the underground music scene to stardome! Kewl! Well I got these photos too. Nice she looks pretty. Their album is also nice bringing you this pop sensation that make you really wanna dance. Yeh aha! Dance to the limit!

This is not an ordinary Paramore review, or A Hayley Williams review but this is for all the fans out there! Hopefully you guys will continue supporting Paramore, also the other bands for us to make the music scene cool into our eyes, soul and hearts. After all music is food for our souls. PARAMORE rocks! Leave a comment please.

When will glassjaw release their Album?

Posted in Bands on March 29, 2008 by musicauthority

This is the question most of the fans will probably asking about. Well, they don’t know yet. The fans can’t merely wait for the next upcoming album. It is pretty frustrating it came so long. Long after the previous album. Still lots of fans are really waiting in vain. Hope that glassjaw will bring it down!

This band has come a long way, giving you their newest and hottest album. But their new album is fed up with band feedbacks. Although they sounded so slow, and so mellow. Panic at the disco made it a party. Are they pretty odd, no not really they are bringing new taste of their own song.

Hope the fans would like it as much they do with the previous albu. Panic is Hot and Loaded!
